Our goals in Christian Education are to:

• Help folks of all ages move from knowledge about God to a relationship with God that grows deeper over time,

• Encourage each other in the faith through spiritual practices which open our hearts to receive God’s grace more fully,

• Teach one another how to share their faith stories in such a way that the world may know God’s redeeming love as well.

Adult Bible Study

Adult Study Group is held every Wednesday at 1:00 p.m. in the Fellowship Hall.

Youth Quest

The United Presbyterian Church Christian Education program, Youth Quest, is offered for young people from birth through Grade 12 on Sunday evenings from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. throughout the program year.   The monthly Youth Quest theme centers on a particular story from Scripture and is taught using Workshop Rotation Model.  The program balances fellowship, worship, education, and spirituality using age- and developmentally-appropriate activities.  You may register your child(ren) for Youth Quest and for van ministry on-line by e-mailing the church office.

Presbyterian Youth Connection

Youth in grades 6-12 are invited to participate in activities which lead up to and include an annual Mission Trip in the early summer.  These trips have included building and rehabilitating homes in Kentucky and Alabama, providing support for Presbyterian Church Camps in Indiana and Nebraska, and working with Howell Nature and Conference Center in Howell, Michigan.  Caring, responsible adults chaperone the activities and the trip as our youth seek to minister out of the congregation and in the name of Christ.

Morning Nursery

A nursery is available for children who find sitting through worship a challenge.  Paid professionals oversee the care of children in the nursery each Sunday morning during worship.
